New family

So it's been ages since I've done anything on this site and the reasons are many.

1. The traffic has been abysmal. I mean around 4 to 5 hits a day. This really started out as a pet project so I'm not exactly destroyed by this fact.
2. Fatherhood, I have a new daughter. She was born on my 29th birthday last year and a lot of things have taken a back seat as a result. Not that I mind.
3. I have been distracted by various side projects in XNA. That's the Microsoft game studio platform for Windows, Zune and the XBox. I'm looking into making a quirky game for the XBox.

However, I have noticed in my Google Trends that there is a small group of people who are returning to the site. For this reason I may get round to adding a lesson at some point. We'll see how much time I get. The group is quite small and I'm not sure how much extra traffic a couple of lessons will get.

If I make a living from any of this type of stuff, I will no doubt become a lord of leisure and devote lashings of time to my site.
